I can’t say that I had a direct responses to follow-up on however it did burn a favorable impression with a targeted audience which overall eventually leads to appointments, proposals and sales (initial and repeat).

The lighter colored area on the edges of the welds are actually just where I cleaned up the metal with a grinder. Another good thing to note when TIG welding is that the metal needs to be spotlessly clean. As soon as you think its clean enough, clean it once more. If you don’t, the welds look horrific.

Does anyone else love the part in the Steve Jobs video clip (above) when the word “Netbook” falls apart? Listen closely, you can hear a good portion of the crowd sharing a laugh. Because Jobs used Keynote, he was able to draw big time audience engagement from a simple animation!

Thanks for your comment! I actually meant to write, “animations”. It’s a force of habit to pair the word with flash.

By the way, I checked out your site and I really like it. Do you own an iPad? I read your post, “Why Apple included iWork on the iPad” and I think the iPad is a really neat and engaging tool. A consistent theme in my own blog is participant/event attendee engagement. I love that Apple products always include a “wow” factor.
