What Clients Value in Meetings – and How We Deliver
Looking back at our busy spring and summer calendar, I noticed an increase in more clients understanding that their audience’s production values have taken another major leap. Clients are making an effort to get the budgets for produced shows as that is what their audiences demand. They expect well-run general sessions, clear audio, lighting and staging that is appropriate for the occasion, and most importantly HD projection. This client also values our ability to put together our 40-person world-class production crew. Our team’s experience paid off as the hotel got hit by lighting and there was a power surge just a few minutes before the ballroom was to open for the last morning’s four-hour general session. We knew all the proper steps to get the show up and running. The entire general session went on perfectly (even with thunder roaring throughout parts of the session) and ended on time.
