First Penn Pacific Life Insurance

President’s Club Incentive Program and Conference
Four Seasons Hotel, Maui
100 Attendees

The newly formed First Penn Pacific Life Insurance of Lincoln National was looking to create a memorable incentive program and event for their top performers. With a great product and organization supporting their efforts, they had the ability to make a huge impact on their sales force.

The Business Issue:
First Penn Pacific wanted an incentive program that was first class, unique, and dazzling enough to lure the top performers in the life insurance business.

Business Challenges:

  • Their audience is bombarded with dozens of incentive.
  • Encourage their audience to attend this specific program, ultimately selling First Penn’s products.

How our team rose to the challenge:

  1. Focused Message – The theme “Maui Magic” developed the idea of extraordinary beauty, extraordinary insight and extraordinary performance. The center of this program was National Geographic Photographer Dewitt Jones. Throughout the qualification period mailings, several of Dewitt’s stunning photographs were sent to all qualified parties.
  2. Beautifully Designed Program – The first morning included an awards ceremony complete with local dancers and Kukui Nut Leis which represents royalty in Hawaii. Then the message of “Maui Magic” came alive. Dewitt Jones presented an insightful and emotional speech that focused on everyone’s ability to produce magic and to produce extraordinary results in our lives.
  3. After his speech the entire group and Dewitt went out on a luncheon whale watching cruise and a visit to the Iao Valley rain forest where Dewitt accompanied the group and provided life lessons and photography tips
  4. The last night included a beautiful black tie dinner complete with vignettes of the music of Andrew Lloyd Weber. Upon returning to their rooms they received a personally signed copy of a group photo that was taken by Dewitt. The one final imprint came 6 moths later they received hand signed copies of “The Art of Leadership” by Dewitt Jones and Steven Covey.

At the end of the day, what did the client say…

“The guidance you provided for those unique touches made us look like we’ve been doing this forever. Our President felt that this is the finest conference he’s attended because of the class, intimate flavor and family feeling you’ve help nurture.”
