What
Clients Value in Meetings – and How We Deliver
Looking back at our busy spring and summer calendar, I noticed an
increase in more clients understanding that their audience’s production
values have taken another major leap. Clients are making an effort to
get the budgets for produced shows as that is what their audiences
demand. They expect well-run general sessions, clear audio, lighting
and staging that is appropriate for the occasion, and most importantly
HD projection. Take a look at what our clients are valuing and the
value these meetings, events and conferences brought to these
organizations. Read

The
Value of Big Name Entertainment
Nielsen values their
client relationships and understands the power of a name act such as
the Bare Naked Ladies for entertainment. The client valued how the band
took the time to learn and customize some of Nielsen’s sayings, themes
and marketing word pairings into their songs and banter between their
songs. The payoff was huge when we saw over 500 of the 1,000 people who
saw the concert were still in the ballroom 30 minutes after the show
had ended and the bar had closed. People were standing around, talking
and laughing, and you realize that the “buzz and vibe” in the room is
why face-to-face communication and a name act can enhance relationships
like nothing else can.

The
Value of Creating Content
One huge asset that’s not
being cultivated at many meetings is the content that you can create –
from your event – for future marketing efforts. By videotaping and
posting 3-5 minute highlight clips, you are positioning your
organization as a thought leader in your field. For the past few years,
our team has videotaped, edited and posted over 20 videos annually from
the Nielsen Consumer 360 conference. In return for just your email
address, you can view the highlights from this leading edge marketing
conference. Read More »

Radisson Blu Aqua
Hotel, Chicago
View from Radisson
Blu Aqua Hotel to Lake Shore East Park
Nothing like having great production value inside such a great venue.
This spring we produced the Harbor Intelligent Outlook Summit and it
was held at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel just north of Millennium Park
in Chicago.
I love when I find a great hotel like this one. Jean Gang and her firm
the Gang Group designed this stunning building, which has won numerous
awards. Inside it has a very modern, cool vibe. The food is delicious,
the chicken Caesar salad is beyond comparison, and the views from your
balcony make you want to sing “My Kind of Town”!
