The Key is Communication

Another work week has drawn to a close but I feel as if I’m still recuperating from last weekend. This year we spent Halloween facilitating three events, in three cities! I have to admit there were a few challenges overseeing three events with over 1,100 miles of distance between sites. However, our team was able to overcome any and all adversity with great communication!

In fact, on sunday morning I received a phone call from our team member explaining that he couldn’t board our flight for San Antonio that afternoon; doctor’s orders. But with just a few phone calls, honest communication and good old fashioned hustle, we were able to swing resources and find a replacement in a matter of hours!

The point; mistakes and mishaps happen during corporate meetings routinely. The best corporate event production company can communicate during adversity and keep their cool.
