My October Calendar: San Antonio Hill Country

This October our team will produce another meeting for one of our favorite clients, Siemens Building Technologies! Over the past 20 years we have worked with Siemens many times on their Annual Management Meeting for approximately 500 of their senior managers from the US. We enjoy working with them because they understand the importance of selecting the right venue. By investing extra effort in finding the right location, a company can turn a mandatory business meeting into a wonderful getaway.

We will have a pre-event site visit to San Antonio’s beautiful hill country next week, the location of a brand new JW Marriott property. The property boasts:

-140,000-square-feet of divisible meeting space (above)

-A 26,000-square-foot spa and wellness center

-6 onsite restaurants

-TPC San Antonio; the newest addition to the PGA Tour (below)

While world class resorts, spas and 36 holes of PGA approved golf is a wonderful perk, it isn’t a necessity for this meeting.

Perhaps the best part of the JW Marriottt is our ability to schedule 12 breakouts of 40 people on Day 1 and 5 breakouts of 100 on Day 2. We also have a general session room, a dining room and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for receptions and breaks. This is a hotel that understands the meeting business.
