Thank You Note!
It’s always great when you receive a thank you after a job well done. This week, I was nearly knocked off of my feet when I received a handwritten thank you note from a group of students I spoke to last week at Kendall College!
When I receive a gesture like this after a speaking engagement it validates my admiration for face-to-face communication!
